Bio: My love is supporting people to grow in their Self-awareness and walk the road of healing to transform trauma & pain into superpowers. My own long and winding road has been just that kind of transformational journey. Originally from Madison, Wisconsin, I've lived the last 12 years in Colorado where I hide out from the extreme temperatures of my childhood and soak up the sun almost every day! My current focus in working with people is to support the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) to return to a healthy, regulated state that is capable of meeting life's inevitable challenges. Through a combination of gentle bodywork, dialogue and movement uniquely tailored to each client, the ANS gradually and sustainably returns to its naturally resilient state. In this way I am able to address a wide range of symptoms and dis-eases and often witness "miraculous" healing. In addition to relating directly with the body and mind, I find it vital to connect with the wilderness often. The mountains, forest and desert teach me and nourish me deeply.

Laurel is a newly certified Acudetox provider and is looking forward to serving her community by providing this supportive treatment. Acudetox is an auricular therapy that helps to regulate the body’s internal organs, structures and functions. It has been used for thousands of years in traditional Chinese medicine and can help treat various health issues including pain reduction, addiction, weight loss, stress and anxiety. Acupuncture is based on the theory that your health depends on the flow of energy in your body. This energy travels along invisible pathways, known as meridians. A blocked or disrupted flow can have negative effects on your physical and mental health. Treatments aim to restore the flow by resolving any blockages or disruptions. Acudetox is not intended to be the only source of treatment but as a compliment to your journey in healing.
