About Me

I'm Avalon, a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and Trauma Recovery Specialist.
My love is supporting people in growing their Self-awareness and transforming their trauma & wounds into medicine. The long and winding road I've taken has been just that kind of transformative journey.
My current focus in working with clients is supporting the Autonomic Nervous System to return to a healthy, regulated state that is capable of meeting life's challenges. Through a combination of gentle bodywork, dialogue and movement, the ANS gradually and sustainably returns to its naturally resilient state. A wide range of symptoms and dis-eases are addressed through working directly with the Autonomic Nervous System.
Though I draw from a wide range of healing modalities, I find the deepest medicine in connecting with the wild earth and my own body. The mountains, forest, desert and ocean and my own embodied experiences are my closest teachers and allies.
Originally from Madison, Wisconsin, I've lived the last decade in Colorado where I hide out from the extreme temperatures of my childhood and soak up the sun almost every day!
